The Good, The Bad and The Ugly...
There are 'Good' Stresses, 'Bad' Stresses and the absolutely awful ones.
As we are most likely looking at an Ideal Day as one being stress free, I have written this because in reality we will probably being some
kind of stressor in our future. As stress is not inherently 'bad' it is helpful to frame and anticipate this element of our Ideal Day.
