added this support for you. A little education on how to achieve Your Ideal Weight has been requested... so much so that I have made
a website just to address this in more detail.

The theory is pretty simple:
There are physical components
There are mental components
There are emotional components
Each of these areas have key aspects (for you!) that often, just by paying attention to one or two things and applying the remedy, you
will have great results.
One important note: We are all different!!! Therefore what can work well for one person may not be a key point for another. This
does not disprove or mitigate the other aspects, but it does indicate the importance of finding out your key
aspects.
